The strips we look after.
We currently act as centre manager and marketing team for five incorporated traders associations, a precinct business association and two shopping centres across Melbourne's north, east and inner city — and we've worked with many more since 2010.
Centre management & marketing

Burgundy Street Precinct
Centre management, marketing and events for Heidelberg’s main street — including the Special Rate program, trader profile campaigns and North East Link business liaison.

Ashburton Village
Marketing, seasonal campaigns and events for the village strip — Winning Tree, Christmas and Mother’s Day promotions, and the association’s social channels.

Keilor Road, Niddrie
Centre management and marketing for one of the north-west’s busiest strips — Winter Wonderland, seasonal events and a multicultural trader community.

G.WAV 3150
Centre management, marketing and events — Halloween, Santa’s Workshop, Lunar New Year — plus representation on the Suburban Rail Loop Precinct Reference Group.

Brentford Square
Centre management and marketing for the neighbourhood centre, including the Special Rate renewal — surveys, workshop and five-year business plan.

Discover Kensington
Executive officer and marketing team for the precinct business association under the City of Melbourne’s Precinct Program — March Madness, Discover Local and the 2026 strategic plan.

Warringal Shopping Centre
Marketing and promotions for Heidelberg’s fresh-food centre — seasonal campaigns, social media and the Shop2Win receipt-upload competition, built and run in-house.
Precincts, centres and associations since 2010
Renewals, rebrands, events, campaigns and content on a consultancy and project basis.

Also: Heidelberg Central, Rosanna Village and Watsonia Traders Associations (Special Rate renewals), Burwood Village, and the Ballan & District Chamber of Commerce (five-year strategic plan, 2022).
Ten Melbourne councils, and counting.

A seat at the table when the works arrive.
When major works disrupt a strip, traders need a voice. We sit on business and community liaison groups and turn that access into funding and support.

North East Link
Business and Community Liaison Group representative. $65,000 in promotional and activation sponsorship from the Spark consortium since 2021; $20,000 in gift card purchases from CPB Contractors since 2020.

Level Crossing Removal Project
Working with the project since 2017 across Carnegie, Reservoir and Rosanna.

Suburban Rail Loop
Precinct Reference Group representative for Glen Waverley. Over $100,000 in additional funding secured for the precinct.

West Gate Tunnel Project
Liaison, advocacy and funding for Kensington, Docklands and Melbourne traders through the project.
