From the first idea to the last bin bag.
A good precinct event looks effortless on the day. Behind it is a permit, a traffic plan, forty stallholders, a stage, a generator, a wet-weather call and someone who has done it before. We take the whole thing on — concept, budget, approvals, suppliers, promotion, the day itself and the report afterwards — so the committee turns up and enjoys it.
What you get.
An idea that fits the strip and the money, costed line by line — with sponsorship pursued to stretch it.
Event permits, road closures and the health and safety requirements that go with them — lodged, chased and in hand before the day.
Risk management plans, insurance, traffic and pedestrian management and emergency planning, written and briefed to the crew.
Recruited, contracted, placed and looked after; staging, power, marquees, amenities and waste booked and bumped in.
Performers, hosts, characters, music and kids' activities booked, scheduled and paid — and a plan B for each.
Our crew on site from bump-in to bump-out with the run sheet, the radios and the wet-weather call. Then the report: attendance, spend, sponsor value and what we'd change next year.
How it works
Tell us the date and the strip. We come back with a concept, a budget and a timeline. Once the committee signs off, we run the lot — promotion on social and in print, photography and video while it happens, and the report at the next meeting.
Also for councils and businesses
Councils, community organisations and businesses get the same crew and the same paperwork — a festival, a launch, an awards night or a street party.
